What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the application of hypnosis for positive change and healing.

Is Hypnosis Medically Approved?

Yes.  The American Medical Association and the American Psychiatric Association have approved hypnotherapy as an effective modality.

Is Hypnosis Mind Control?

No. Hypnosis is a natural state and you cannot be hypnotized against your will. Furthermore, you cannot be made to do or say anything which violates personal standards of behavior or integrity.

Will I be Unconscious or Knocked Out?

No. You will be perfectly able to speak or move if you so choose.

Can I Get Stuck in Hypnosis?

No. You can leave the hypnotized state at any time.

Is Everyone Hypnotizable?

Yes, if they so choose. The natural ability to achieve deep hypnosis does depend on the individual; however, with the assistance of a skilled hypnotherapist, anyone can achieve a level of relaxation for hypnotherapy.

How Soon Will I Experience Results?
Results vary depending on the individual, however, virtually everyone receives benefit after the first session.  In fact, many issues are significantly improved or resolved after just a few sessions.
