The swenson method

The Swenson Method is a blend of advanced hypnotherapy and energy systems cultivated over 20+ years in practice. The integration of energy work helps people heal faster, clinically and medically. Releasing old patterns/limiting beliefs and clearing the build up of emotional energy has become a core tenet of The Swenson Method.

The Process

As the client speaks to me about the issue or situation, I get a wide variety of intuitive information; such as voice resonance, language used, triggers, and the client’s emotional, energetic and physical state. As I hear their story I hear words, see images, colors, patterns, and an inner knowing occurs. This helps identify where the blockages are and how to best assist for immediate relief in order to shift the whole self for higher level healing.

Hypnotherapy is used to shift the client’s state, as well as mine, in order to implement these changes, gain more information, and to program the subconscious mind, both directly and indirectly. Sound technology music is used as well, at a specific frequency, based on client specific information. Hypnotherapy suggestions, both direct and indirect, are utilized while Energy Work is done concurrently, implementing changes on all levels for amazing effect.

Intuitive Healing/Energy Work is done by connecting with the client's Higher Self and/or Divine Blueprint and releasing the subtle energies that are holding the issue in place. Many advanced techniques are blended and utilized depending on the issue and goal of the session. Below is a list of modalities for reference. That said, the most widely applicable, high impact techniques are now available as an on demand session.
